Our folded and simple gauze dressings are made entirely of cotton, are hydrophilic and bleached. Our gauze dressings can be placed directly on wounds. Care should be taken not to touch the side that will come into contact with the wound, making sure that the compress will remain perfectly hygienic.

These non-woven wound dressings are coated on one side with a thin layer of synthetic material that makes it practically impossible for them to get stuck to the wound. The shiny side should be placed directly on the wound, without touching it.

This unique, non-stick non-woven dressing with a highly absorbent fluid-retaining layer is breathable (it will therefore let air through, but not moisture), soft and flexible. It will not stick to the wound, and the retaining layer will store any moisture.
